BAI DINH PAGODA - ECO TOURISM OF TRANG AN OVERVIEW:

Located east of Ninh Binh province where is considered as “ Halong Bay in land”and covering almost 2000 hectares, Trang An eco-tourism complex is divided into 5 main sections: specially preserved area – ancient citadel of Hoa Lu, a central area, a natural area of grottoes and caves, a tourist service area, a holy mountain of Bai Dinh Pagoda area. 



With hundreds of big and small statutes, numerous categories of architectural works, Bai Dinh Pagoda is now one of the biggest in Vietnam and in South East Asia as well.  With the total 47 historical vestiges, hidden caves and grottoes in limestone karst, valleys, rivers and streams all together create a fanciful landscape, Trang An is a wonderful destination for those who want to leave behind the busy and populous suburbs. 

This place allows you to sit on a small boat with 6 people, go around the river, visit the caves, enjoy the cool weather the Trang An Grottoes Eco-tourism Complex consists of limestone mountain ranges, valleys and rivers which blend harmoniously together in a wash of green. All these factors make a fanciful and romantic atmosphere.

BAI DINH -  ECO TOURISM OF TRANG AN ITINERARY:

8 :00 Am :  Vietwind Travel's  guide and car pick you at your addresses around Hanoi Center then depart for Bai Dinh pagoda and Trang an eco-tourism attraction area (120kms south of Hanoi).
10:30 Arrive in Buddha Sanctuary place in Bai Dinh Pagoda, the biggest one in Vietnam with 500 La Han statues. You get a chance to visit a biggest bronze Buddha statue in Vietnam with 10 meters in height, 100 tons in weight. Tour guide also give introduction of beliefs and religions in Vietnam.
12:30 Have lunch in a local restaurant with some local special dishes such as Goat meat, pork storage vessel….

13:30 Depart for Trang An eco-tourism attractions. You will be amazed by neglected area while having boat trip through cave complex: Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, Nau Ruou, Sinh  Cave…experiencing mysterious views of  the so-called “Ha Long Bay in land”
16:00 Get back to the bus and return to Hanoi.
18:30 Back in Hanoi, you get dropped off at your address. Tour ends.

-       Free Of Charge for child under 5 years old sharing cabin with parents, maximum 1 child per room.
-       Children under 5 years old : free of charge 
-       Children from 5 – under 10 years old sharing bed with family charge 50% rate , put extra bed charge 75% rate
-       Children from 10 years old: pay as adult rate

* Things you should bring:
- Long sleeve clothes, hat or umbrella, sun cream, sunglasses, Vietnam dongs.

** No short pants or short skirts when entering the pagoda.
